Cornish Rock Broiler Chicken

Froghill Country Farm raises Cornish Rock Broiler chickens for direct customer sale.  Cornish Rock is a breed of chicken known for its rapid growth and tasty meat.  

The chicks are sourced from Jenks Hatchery in Oregon and are pasture raised on our farm near Arlington, WA and fed a supplemental diet of natural/organic feed from Conway Feed and/or Arlington Co-Op Supply.  We also support other local businesses for our supplies and materials.  So, you can rest assured that your chicken purchase supports local farming and businesses.

Farm sale of chicken is different from retail sales.  Chickens are sold whole from the farm on the date of slaughter and the customer must pick them up on the farm.  We process the chickens ourselves and will provide you with shrink wrap freezer bags if desired.

You will need to pick up your chicken order on the harvest day selected by 5PM.  Our chickens weigh on average 4-6 pounds and we charge $15 each for a natural farm raised chicken.

These chickens are awesome roasters and taste great out of the crock pot or smoker with tasty and natural meat.
